Panelists who joined Parks Snider for the discussion included Jacquelyn L. Boggess, Director of the Center for Family Policy and Practice; David Pate, Associate Professor in the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee; and Matthew Rothschild, Executive Director of the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign. Also participating on the panel is Milwaukee-based community organizer, and Executive Director of 9 to 5 Wisconsin, Astar Herndon.

The collaborative, multi-generational evening continues with performance art by experimental spoken word musician WebsterX and film directors Damien Klaven and Cody LaPlant as well as neon sculpture artist Brad Corso.
